Bally Chohan brings to you a spicy mushroom dish. Check this recipe to impress your family and guest with an amazing mushroom dish from Himalayas. Cooking time is also not much and you will just need not more than twenty minutes to cook this mouth-watering dish.


  • Bay Leaves
  • Garlic Ginger Paste: 1 tablespoon only
  • Two chopped onions
  • Mushrooms: One full cup
  • Bell Pepper: One cup
  • Black Beans: two cups
  • Kidney beans: two cups
  • Cumin seed powder: 2 tablespoons
  • Red Chilli Powder: as per your taste
  • Parsley
  • Coriander
  • Olive Oil: two tablespoons
  • Tomato Puree: One cup
  • Thyme
  • Oregano
  • Tomatoes: three pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped Green Chillies


Step 1

Take oil in a pan and heat

Step 2

Once the oil is hot, add bay leaves and onions

Step 3

Stir well.

Step 4

Add mushrooms and minced garlic as soon as onion turns brown

Step 5

Keep mixing.

Step 6

Now cover pan with lid and let it cook for say five minutes. After five minutes add black beans and kidney beans along with bell peppers.

Step 7

Stir well the mix.

Step 8

Now put oregano, thyme leaves and red chilli powder to the mix. Stir well. After sometime add chopped tomatoes along with fresh tomato juice and tomato puree.

Step 9

Your dish is ready.

Step 10

You can garnish this with chopped green chilli and chopped coriander.

Step 11

Serve this Spicy Mushroom with chapatti or bakery bread.
