Bally Chohan Recipe brings to you recipe of mouth watering Indian desert Kheer with a twist. Every Indian must have had Kheer and majority of them just love this desert. Now we gave this age old dish a twist and recipe of Chocolate Kheer is described below.

The total preparation time needed to prepare Chocolate Kheer is about forty five minutes.


  • One full cup of Rice
  • Three cups of full cream milk
  • Two table spoon of Sugar
  • Chocolate Powder
  • Two tablespoons of liquid chocolate liquid
  • You can also have 1 tablespoon of Nutella


Step 1

Take rice in a bowl and wash them in cold water. Make sure to rinse them well. Keep washing till the time rice runs clear of starch.

Step 2

Pour rice in a pressure cooker, add ample of water and boil. Make sure to boil rice for about 15-20 minutes

Step 3

Now take a pan and heat. Add milk and sugar in the pan. Boil Milk and sugar for about seven minutes. Add chocolate powder as soon as the milk is boiled. Stir the mixture and add drinking chocolate.

Step 4

Now your mixture is ready. Add rice that you have boiled earlier in this mixture.

Step 5

Simmer all this for about 10-15 minutes on low to medium flame.

Step 6

Your Chocolate Kheer is ready.

Step 7

You can server this Chocolate Kheer hot or cold as you like.
